Housing Services

We provide transitional housing services in single-family homes located throughout Wisconsin. Our homes are set up to create a shared housing environment that fosters community and stability for residents. Careful attention is given to each home's layout to ensure it offers a minimum amount of square footage sufficient for spacious common areas and comfortably sized bedrooms.

We are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming home that aligns with local housing codes and regulations. This environment Will not only meet basic housing needs but also encourage personal growth, collaboration, and a sense of belonging among residents. The homes will be managed hands-on by the business owners, ensuring that all residents receive the support and guidance they need to transition to a stable and independent lifestyle.

Support and Employment Services

we are passionate about empowering individuals to rebuild stable and fulfilling lives. Our support services include life skills workshops focused on Citizenship, obtaining legal documents needed, resume building, job search strategies, interview preparation, along with educational assistance.

Other goals include financial literacy programs that provide guidance on budgeting, opening bank accounts, and understanding credit, equipping residents with the tools for long-term financial stability.

In addition to in-house services, we partner with local organizations to connect residents to job fairs, training opportunities, and counseling resources. Our personalized approach ensures that each resident receives tailored support to meet their unique needs, fostering confidence, resilience, and independence.

Case Management

Case management is central to empowering immigrant residents to achieve stability and independence. Each resident is paired with a dedicated case manager who collaborates closely to create an individualized action plan. These plans address key areas such as securing work authorization, housing stability, employment, education, financial literacy, and personal wellness. By identifying barriers and setting achievable goals, our case managers provide guidance and accountability, ensuring residents stay on track toward achieving their aspirations.

Case management services include regular one-on-one meetings, progress assessments, and referrals to essential community resources such as healthcare providers, legal aid, job training programs, and counseling services.

Our hands-on, compassionate approach ensures that residents feel supported throughout their journey. Community Engagement

Joyful Noizeus is committed to building strong community connections to maximize our impact and support individuals on their journey to stability. Our established relationships with several nonprofits, Community Immigration Law Center, local food banks, and churches form a foundation for collaboration and resource sharing. These partnerships enable us to provide residents with access to essential services such as professional help with citizenship, employment, counseling, and healthcare, addressing their immediate needs and supporting long-term growth. By working closely with these organizations, we ensure that residents have the resources necessary for a stable and fulfilling transition.

Our outreach efforts will include forming alliances with social service providers, government programs, and community groups. Churches and other community organizations play a critical role in supporting our residents, providing meals, spiritual guidance, language assistance and additional community resources.
