Empowering Immigrants for Success

Joyful Noizeus is established as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and is co-owned by Rexanne Andrews and Cynthia Carson, who each hold a 50% ownership stake.

Both owners actively manage day-to-day operations, directly addressing clients' needs and overseeing the transitional home. Initially, the business will operate one transitional housing facility, with plans to expand its capacity to accommodate 6-10 additional clients within the first year.

An investor has committed to supporting Joyful Noizeus during its next growth phase, projected within the first two years. This phased approach to scaling allows the business to remain manageable while establishing a solid foundation for future expansion, ensuring sustainability and success as demand for services increases.
